- i) Surveying, registering and managing the national reclaimed lands as well as evacuating illegal occupation there upon;
ii) Establishing and managing information system of the reclaimed lands;
iii) Planning the development and utilization of the national reclaimed lands as well as reserving the land;
iv) Depositing the national reclaimed lands and lands in the Eastern Development Areas;
v) Formulating, implementing and maintaining the development plans for the national reclaimed lands;
vi) Formulating and designing the construction plans for the national reclaimed lands;
vii) Procuring, supervising and managing the construction works of the construction plans for the national reclaimed lands ;
viii) Utilizing and managing the reclaimed lands Development Fund;
ix) Reviewing and supervising the land reclamation projects nationwide;
x) Formulating and implementing laws and regulations related to land reclamation; and
xi) Other matters relevant to land reclamation.
